Criteria for Entering the Global Diversity List
To qualify for entry into the Global Diversity List, nominations must demonstrate a significant commitment to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Entrants will be assessed based on the following criteria:
1. Demonstrated Commitment to Diversity

Demographics: Evidence of active engagement and advocacy for individuals across diverse demographics, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic background, and physical ability.

Background: Support for inclusion based on diverse cultural, educational, and professional experiences.

Other Considerations: Efforts addressing neurodiversity, mental health, family responsibilities, political opinion, pregnancy, maternity/paternity, and other areas of diversity.
2. Evidence of DEI Work in the Last 12 Months

Description of initiatives, projects, or programs specifically designed to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Examples should include measurable activities or interventions implemented within the past year.
3. Tangible Data and Metrics

Submission of clear, quantitative evidence (e.g., figures, statistics, and reports) to support the outcomes of DEI efforts.

Demonstration of progress or achievements directly attributable to the nominee’s initiatives.
4. Impact Assessment

Evidence of the impact of work or initiatives on creating a more inclusive environment.

Description of how efforts have promoted equality and addressed systemic barriers in meaningful ways.

Testimonials, case studies, or stakeholder feedback highlighting the influence of the nominee's work.
Submission Requirements

By meeting these criteria, nominees position themselves as leaders in advancing a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion on a global scale.
